- Bending Physical Therapy and Wellness does NOT take insurance and is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. If you have out of network benefits with your health insurance company, I will provide you with documentation you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
- I currently accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

- No. However, I am required to inform your physician that you are receiving physical therapy services after your first appointment.
