After an overuse injury to my neck shoulder and upper back (from dance and work combined) I was still experiencing a lot of pain a couple of months later. I decided to book a session with Kelsey in hopes of learning some exercises to reduce the pain.
After working with Kelsey for a couple of months my pain was greatly reduced and eventually eliminated.
After having such success with my first set of issues, I decided to address a few others!
I worked with Kelsey on long term mild pain I was experiencing in my left adductor. After working on some new exercises, she noticed some other areas that needed reinforcing which led to some serious stabilization in my legs that I hadn’t experienced before.
Today I’m still doing the physical therapy Kelsey assigned me and dancing pain free! I appreciate the care, kindness and attention that Kelsey gave during our sessions; the fact that she is also a dancer is a huge bonus, she understands the type of demands/support that the dancer body needs.
